Chewy Iraqi Almond Cookies - Delicious, and gluten free. Felice S. says her Iraqi neighbors love them.

Passover Macaroon Recipe from a Sisterhood member. They'll disappear during Passover, especially dipped in dark chocolate. Make ahead up to 7 days.

Farfel and Cheese Recipe from a Sisterhood member. "This is a kid-friendly 'macaroni and cheese' substitute. It is rich, so it would make a good side dish with fish and veggies."

Matza Pear Kugel Recipe from a Sisterhood Member. Very tasty; from a 1987 Louisiana Sisterhood cookbook!

Matzo Farfel Latkes from a Sisterhood member. Great for breakfast or any time; serve with sugar sprinkled on top or with applesauce.

Passover Berry Crisp from Joanne L. Strawberries and blueberries in a crisp – what could be better?

Coconut Macaroons from Judy F-T, via Susan B. They are super easy and delicious; I can never eat the canned version again! (I dip them in chocolate.)

Passover Cupcake Blintzes from Felice S. My kids love these – great for easy breakfast or snack!

Carrot Soufflé from Felice S. This is a family favorite for all holidays, not just Pesach.

Recipes contributed over the years:

Fritada de Espinaca from Susan L. This Sephardi Crustless Spinach Quiche for Pesach is a family favorite all year 'round!

Passover Lemon-Lime Squares from Judy B. Clipped from the Washington Post in 1993 and still a family favorite!

Easy Tsimmes from Sandy B. Here is an "Easy Tsimmes" recipe that everyone loves

Rosie's Apple & Squash Casserole from Susan B. A really yummy alternative to the traditional tsimmes.

Orange Kugel from Joanne L. Kugel made with matzah instead of noodles!

Farfel Cookies from Joanne L. Great recipe, with almonds.

Chocolate Chip Mandel Bread from Monica E.
So it's not really Mandel because it has no nuts, and it's not really bread because, well, because it’s Passover, but it's a family favorite regardless.

Flourless Chocolate Torte from Susan B. Very rich. My cousin Bunny has brought this to our seder every year for ages and it’s always a big hit.

Gefilte Fish Mexican Style from Emma G. Easy different Gefilte fish to change the normal flavor.

Avocado Salad with Egg and Beet Salad from Emma G. In our Seder I always make the Avocado Salad with Egg, which is traditional in my house in Mexico, and the Beet Salad, traditional from Alex’s house.

Bagels for Passover (Parve) from Emma G. Eases the matzah flavor.

Chocolate Caramel Matzo Crunch from Judy C. Delicious. We make this all year 'round!

Kugel for Passover with Peach and Pineapple from Judy C. From my Mom. Delicious.
