Learn (or Teach) about Wrapping Tefillin, Lifting & Dressing the Torah, and Wearing a Tallit!
OPEN TO THE CONGREGATION!

This year's World Wide Wrap, conducted by Men's Club, is open to all ages and genders as we join the Religious School 6th & 7th graders and their families! Do you want to learn about the mysteries of these important ritual traditions?

Schedule:

• 9:00- 9:30 Brief Introduction & Minyan
• 9:30-11:00 Rotating learning stations
• 11:00-12:00 Munch hosted by the CBE Men's Club, with conversation guide at each table. What did you learn?

Learning Stations:

• Tefillin: Have you ever wondered what is inside the tefillin boxes or wanted to experience wearing them?
• Learn to Lift (Hagbah) and Dress (Gelilah) the Torah so you can use these skills at an upcoming Shabbat service!
• Tallit: Do you know how many fringes are on the tallit or why there are 5 knots on the each of the 4 corners? Or what to say when you put on a tallit? 

This program is free to attend, but Men's Club has requested RSVPs if you will be joining the "munch" so we'll have enough for all; please submit the short form below. (Religious School 6th and 7th grade families, please RSVP using the link in Religious School emails instead.) 

Two Ways to Help:

• Can you help mentor first-time (or rusty) wrappers or lifters? Do you have tefillin that you can bring, loan, or donate? Please contact mensclub@bethemeth.org.
• Whether or not you are coming to the "munch," we welcome optional donations to help support the CBE Religious School's special programs such as the World Wide Wrap. Please use the form below.
