Bake Sufganiyot (Donuts for Hanukkah) with Pastry Chef, Lauren Katz!

In partnership with Northern Virginia Hebrew Congregation, Beth Emeth presents an evening of baking with Lauren Katz, the head pastry chef at The Difference Baker in Ashburn, VA.

Lauren was the winner of the Great American Baking Show’s 1st season in 2015, 3-time Pillsbury Bake-Off contest and 2019 category winner, and has won over 50 different cooking and baking competitions.

Individuals, couples, and families are welcome to join in virtually with Lauren who will use 3 different recipes for baking Sufganiyot (Israeli jelly donuts):  traditional jelly donuts, baked apple fritters, and cake donut holes.
