The entire Beth Emeth community is invited to join this FREE event, sponsored by CBE Sisterhood in partnership with NVHC Sisterhood. Written in Catalonia in the mid 1300's, the Sarajevo Haggadah is one of the oldest and most famous Sephardic Haggadot. This program, presented by Les Bergen, board member of the Biblical Archaeology Society of Northern Virginia, will explore the travels of the Sarajevo Haggadah, its wonderful illuminations, and how it has become a symbol of interreligious respect and cooperation.
