We are pleased to welcome Rabbi Bailey Romano as our guest rabbi for Shabbat. Rabbi Romano is a rabbi, singer, educator, and poet. She grew up outside of New Orleans, Louisiana, and attended Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. She received her MA in Jewish Studies from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion specializing in American Jewish History in 2014. During her rabbinical studies, she served both Reform and Conservative communities and camps in Ohio and beyond.

Rabbi Romano received her MA in Jewish Education Administration through Xavier University in Cincinnati and was ordained in 2019 from HUC-JIR. She has served as the Rabbi Educator and Director of Education at Beth El Hebrew Congregation in Alexandria, VA for three years. Rabbi Bailey is committed to helping those she serves to pursue meaningful lives filled with compassion and a love of learning.
