VA Supreme Court's History, Work, & Significant Cases

With Virginia Supreme Court Justice Thomas Mann

Thomas Mann was elected by the Virginia General Assembly to be a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia for a 12-year term commencing on August 1, 2022 and was the first Jewish jurist elected to the Virginia Supreme Court. Previously he was a circuit court judge of Virginia's 19th Judicial Circuit in Fairfax County (2016-2022), a juvenile and domestic relations court judge (2006-2016), including a term as Chief Judge of the Fairfax Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court (2010 to 2012). On November 19th, Justice Mann will discuss with CBE the VA Supreme Court's history, work, significant cases, and will answer questions.
