The Beth Emeth Social Action Committee is organizing CBE's participation in the Embry Rucker Community Shelter bagged lunch program in 2022. We're looking for a few volunteers or families each month, to make bagged lunches and deliver them to the shelter in Reston on a specific Friday morning each month (they can also be delivered the Thursday evening before).

The details, dates and signup are at https://www.bethemeth.org/bagged-lunch. You can sign up to make 12 or 6 bagged lunches and/or donate water to the effort. Making the lunches is an excellent family-friendly activity and participation provides an opportunity for doing a mitzvah. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact Shari Berman.
