BEECC 26-27 Registration


BEECC Registration: 2026-2027 School Year and Summer @ BEECC 2026


We are happy to welcome your family to BEECC for the 2026-2027 school year! We are a close-knit community committed to the growth and well-being of all students and families within our school. 

By submitting this form, you are registering your child(ren) for the 2026-2027 school year. After submitting this form, the BEECC Administrative Team will follow up with you about future steps to confirm your child(ren)'s enrollment for the year.


Fees & Tuition Deposit
A non-refundable registration fee of $100 and a non-refundable $1,800 tuition deposit per child is due upon submission of this form.

Terms of Registration
  • Tuition and any other applicable fees are charged on an annual basis.
  • Registration fees and tuition deposits are non-refundable.
  • Once the registration application and tuition deposit have been processed, families are responsible for tuition payments for the term of the agreement.
  • Tuition payments are due on the 15th of the month.  A $15 late fee will be assessed for payments received after the 25th of the month.
  • A $25 fee will be assessed for each check returned by the bank for any reason.
  • There are no fee reductions for holidays, illness or emergency closings.
  • In the event that payments are 2 months in arrears, your child may be suspended from BEECC. If payment is not made in full (including all late fees) during this time, the child may be expelled from BEECC.  During times of extreme hardship, an alternate payment schedule will be considered on an individual basis.
  • If a family joins Congregation Beth Emeth or withdraws membership from the synagogue during the school year, the adjusted tuition rates become effective the following month. Congregant tuition rates are subject to confirmation that the parent(s)/guardian(s) are members in good standing of Congregation Beth Emeth for the entire term of the agreement.
  • WITHDRAW FROM PROGRAM – Written notification of withdraw must be submitted to the BEECC Operations Director.  Families are responsible for tuition payments for the term of the agreement even if their child is withdrawn from BEECC.  Application fees and tuition deposits are non-refundable.
  • SUSPENSION OR EXPULSION FROM PROGRAM – BEECC reserves the right to suspend or expel any child, as determined in its sole discretion including, but not limited to, nonpayment of tuition, persistently disruptive behavior, or any act which threatens the health or safety of another person.  Parent(s)/guardian(s) may appeal an expulsion decision, which is based on grounds other than nonpayment of tuition, to the BEECC Committee.  If a child is expelled and the agreement terminated, the parent(s)/guardian(s) will not be responsible for remaining tuition installments, but shall continue to be responsible for unpaid tuition through the date of expulsion.
  • Parent(s)/guardian(s) have a full obligation to disclose all information that may be reasonably relevant to their child's acceptance into BEECC. Willful violation of this obligation may result in the child's expulsion from BEECC.
Payment

The non-refundable total listed below includes a $100 registration fee and a tuition deposit of $1,800.  If you have registered for camp, your total also includes a $100 camp program fee.  Your tuition deposit will be applied to your annual BEECC tuition on September 1, 2026.

This form must be submitted with immediate payment via credit card or ACH transfer.
