to Sing?
Join Shirat Beth Emeth,
back for its second year.
Carol Boyd Leon,
a talented chorale director, music teacher and composer will lead the
chorale, accompanied by CBE's own Jeff Rubin on the piano.
 No
time? We hear you! We will sing at two Erev Shabbat services this year
and have just four 90-minute rehearsals prior to each service. Rehearsals
are on Thursday evenings from 8:00 to 9:30 PM at CBE.
Fall rehearsals: Thursdays November 17, December 1, 8 and 15,
8:00-9:30 PM
Fall event: Shabbat service, Friday, Dec. 16th at 8:00 PM (Hanukkah sing-along)
Spring schedule: TBD
Shirat Beth Emeth is open to everyone 16 years and up. Prior singing
experience is not necessary. Shirat Beth Emeth is led by a professional
instructor and musician, and we are accompanied by a congregant on piano. We
may even have our own flautists and drummers. Join up and let's make some
beautiful music together!
Fee: $54 per person for both sessions or $36 for one. Shirat Beth
Emeth is subsidized by the Adult Education and Zelman Cantorial Funds.
