Please complete the form below and submit it at least three weeks before your event.  If you would like a page on the CBE website for your event (for flyers or other forms) please submit this form four weeks before your event.  If you have questions or need help using this form, please contact Ellen MacDonald, Communications Chair.  Thank you!

  • Why a form? So you can submit your information once and it will go to all the people who manage the weekly announcements, Website, Shofar and other publicity. We'll contact you if we need more information.

  • What if I don't have so much lead time? Send your information using this form and we'll spread the word as best we can.

3. Brief Description*       

Please give a brief description of your event (20-50 words) for calendars and Announcements. Please  include a way for people to sign up and/or get more information.

 

4. Types of Publicity

Please use my brief description in the weekly Announcements email and Shabbat program, which is also published on the "What's Happening" page of the Website.
Please provide a separate page on the website (this is mainly used for major events and/or when the community outside CBE is invited, or when on-line registration is used). The Cybermaven will provide you with the Web address in advance so you can put this link in other publicity and any flyers. (minimum 4 weeks lead time)
Please set up an on-line event registration form (minimum 4 weeks lead time, more is better!)
Please post my flyer/registration form on the Website for download (see instructions below to submit your pdf or MS Word flyer).

Please use a lobby poster to help publicize my event (see Poster section below).

6. Shofar Announcement or Article 

If you would like a brief article or announcement about this event in the Shofar, include it here and submit no later than the 5th day of the month before you would like the article to appear (maximum 300 words, but shorter is better!)

7. Lobby Poster

If a poster is desired, please check one:
