Why a form?
So you can submit your information once and it will go to all the people who
manage the weekly announcements, Website, Shofar and other publicity. Also
it will help us ensure that no opportunity is missed to publicize your event
or program. We'll
contact you if we need more information.
What if I don't have so
much lead time? Send your information using this form and
we'll spread the word as best we can.
What if
I only want a "save the date" now and don't have everything else ready?
Please think through your plan and check off all the channels you will want
to use, even if not ready now. Add a note with approximately when you expect
to send the info needed for more detailed Announcements as well as other
types of publicity. Then re-send the form with the details and a note that
this is an update.
