Shirat Beth Emeth Chorale

Make a joyful noise! Those who have sung with the Shirat Beth Emeth Chorale before and those who only thought about it, we are reassembling this spring to sing at Friday night Shabbat services of Rabbi and Andrea’s celebration weekend, Friday, June 14, with other events on Saturday and Sunday.

Rehearsals are Thursdays, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. starting April 4 and continuing through June 13 (no rehearsal May 16th – Shavuot).

Torah Study Group
One Saturday a Month, Following Morning Services

The Beth Emeth Torah Study group meets at least once a month after Saturday kiddush to study and discuss a prepared text on the parasha. The format is informal, and drop-ins are welcome. Look for us where the kiddush is held (social hall) or in the library. Exact dates for each month will be published in the Beth Emeth calendar, weekly announcements, and last minute updates on the cbe-va-tora@yahoogroups.com email list  (please consider signing up).

Posture Perfect
Posture Perfect is an effective way to strengthen muscles and improve posture. It is a wonderful program to alleviate neck, back and joint pain; strengthen the back, shoulder and hip muscles; and boost performance in other exercise and sports programs. Appropriate for all, even those not engaged in an exercise program. No special equipment needed, just a large towel and comfy clothing. Schedule varies; generally at CBE Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00 PM and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 PM.
